About this video
Promo videos, animations and YouTube B-roll produced with HeyGen's open-source HyperFrames from HTML written by Claude, without any editing software.
This video shows how to produce videos with HeyGen's free, open-source HyperFrames tool without editing software such as Premiere or After Effects. It explains the approach of describing a video in HTML like a web page, Claude or Codex writing the code and HyperFrames turning it into a real MP4 file, along with the HyperFrames Studio setup, the 21 skills and the three-layer structure.
The content tries out, live, generating an automatic promo video from a website link, a 9:16 animation adapted to brand colours with a single command, adding music automatically and editing with Quick Edit and comments. With a test of an animated YouTube B-roll clip, its impact on the Claude Code usage limit and whether the tool is really free, it is a practical guide for anyone producing marketing, training or presentation content.
